Currency operations

I processed currency several days ago, but it still hasn't been received. What do I do?
Check the transaction status in your history. If a deposit is delayed, verify the network confirmations. Contact support with your transaction ID if the issue persists.
I can't cancel the Order / Tokens were not credited to the account
Orders can only be cancelled if not yet executed. If tokens aren't credited, check the transaction status and contact support with details.
Can I cancel an Order?
Yes, you can cancel unfilled or partially filled orders from your active orders page. Executed orders cannot be cancelled.
Where can I see the history of my orders?
Access your complete order history in the "Order History" section under your account dashboard.
When will my Order be processed?
Market orders are processed immediately. Limit orders are processed when the market reaches your specified price.
I placed an Order, but for some reason, it is not accepted, although I can see cheaper Buy Orders being already processed. Why?
This can happen due to: 1) Insufficient funds, 2) Price slippage, 3) Market volatility, or 4) Order type restrictions. Check your order details and available balance.
Where can I see Buy Orders?
View all buy orders in the order book on the trading page. Green numbers represent buy orders, red numbers represent sell orders.
How to create an Order?
To create an order: 1) Go to the trading page, 2) Select your trading pair, 3) Choose order type (market/limit), 4) Enter amount and price (for limit orders), 5) Click Buy/Sell.
What is the trading fee?
Trading fees vary based on your 30-day trading volume and VIP level. Basic fees start at 0.1% for makers and 0.2% for takers.
Is there any transaction limit? What is the maximum / minimum amount of the transaction?
